Community Hospices

The Community Hospices offer an opportunity of support, socialisation and relief for care givers. Patients join activities once per week and also have access to the services of the interdisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social worker, volunteers, spiritual counsellor and medical doctor depending on their individual needs. This model increases the quality of life where patients are supported and prevents social exclusion or feelings of isolation. Fun in-house and extramural activities are arranged to engage and stimulate patients in a meaningful way.
