About us
Our Services To You
St Luke’s Combined Hospices was established in 1980 and is a national leader in providing quality community based and hospice palliative care. By caring for the dying, the dedicated team of health care professionals brings specialised care and services to over 650 patients daily.
When an illness no longer responds to curative treatment, patients need specialized, holistic support that addresses total pain—encompassing medical, psycho-social, spiritual, and bereavement care.
This support is extended to our patient’s families for a period of up to 13 months after the death of a loved one.
All services are provided at NO COST irrespective of the patient’s ability to pay and regardless of race or religion. These services are provided by qualified Interdisciplinary Teams consisting of Community Nurses, a Doctor, Social Workers, Spiritual and Bereavement Counsellors and Volunteers!
