Pairing in the Valley is an elegant evening of fine wine, exceptional cuisine and meaningful giving, hosted in the beautiful surroundings of Constantia Glen on 24 July 2026. Guests will enjoy a curated five-course canapé and wine pairing experience, guided by a sommelier, while supporting St Luke’s Combined Hospices’ mission of providing compassionate palliative care to vulnerable patients and their families. The evening will also feature an exciting auction, offering guests the opportunity to make an even greater impact while enjoying one of the Cape’s most scenic wine estates.
